Angola Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program
Background
Established in 2011 following a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Health, Agostinho Neto University, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET). The program is a collaboration between the Angola Ministry of Health, Agostinho Neto University (UAN) and Army Health Services.
